Julie is passionate about helping others, whatever their fitness goal. She especially loves working with motivated, mature clients, as well as helping improve mobility and fitness for people with injuries.
Julie’s personal life and fitness achievements are extremely impressive. Included in these are, trekking the infamous Kokoda Trail, climbing Mount Kinabalu in Borneo, climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge, completing the Alps to Ocean push bike ride – the longest continous bike ride in New Zealand, completing the Otago Central Rail Trail in New Zealand three times, twice completing Blood Sweat and Fears and competing in the GPC National Powerlifting Competition in 2015. All of this between 44 and 54 years of Age! Julie has also managed to lose weight and maintain that weight loss for ten years.
